One of the best things about being a photographer is the fact that my camera can open doors into worlds I would otherwise never step into.
So, when I was assigned this amazing job from The Grid, I almost hurt myself fist-pumping.
I mean, they wanted me to go to the AGO and photograph the behind-the-scenes set-up for Evan Penny‘s upcoming exhibition. I mean, c’mon! Can we say dream job???
It was thrilling; not only seeing how a show like this all comes together, but also spending time up-close and personal with the artwork. Evan Penny’s sculptures are exquisitely detailed and brain-twisting. Definitely something to be experienced in person.

But because I love you, here are a few outtakes from the shoot.

The exhibition opens September 20th and runs until January 6th, 2013. Mark your calendars and go see it.
